<p style="text-indent:2em;">北京普通话培训中心(BeijingMandarinSchool)(beijingmandarinschool)位于北京CBD商业中心国贸地区的数码01大厦，建校13年以来培训了来自美国、英国、法国、德国、澳大利亚、奥地利、西班牙、日本等60多个国家的5000多名学员，其中大部分学员为在京从事与中国有关贸易的商务人士及驻华使馆工作人员。</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">我校拥有的教师队伍，其专业的教学质量及敬业的教学态度了的口碑，并赢得了外籍学生的一致称誉，这些为学校这13年来迅速发展壮大提供了有力。为确保教学质量，我校自1998年成立以来一直招聘具有两年以上对外汉语教学经验的教师。但由于近几年随着中国社会对外发展迅猛，后奥运经济的复苏，使得学员数量增长迅速，特别是国外合作语言机构对合格汉语教师的需求增加，使真正能胜任实际教学工作的教师供不应求。一些应聘教师曾参加过相关的培训，并取得了相关证书，但由于缺乏实践教学经验，因而难以胜任实际的教学工作。我校为了满足有志于从事对外汉语教学工作的广大就业者的要求，坚持开设对外汉语教师的岗前培训，至今已有8年之久，我校的办学优势在于辅导讲师水平高，经验丰富，全部来自各大学对外汉语中心，或是由本校教学经验丰富的资深讲师亲自授课。</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;"><strong>二、关于IPCA</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">国际执业认证协会（InternationalProfessionCertificationAssociation，以下简称IPCA）是国际性的执（职）业资格认证机构，其主要职能是为世界各领域的企业组织及个人提供专业的认证服务，由国际商务认证协会(IBCA)和美国职业认证联盟合并成为世界上最主要的国际职业资格认证机构之一，其认证代表了当今职业资格认证的国际水平，得到了国际普遍认可，具有广泛的代表性和国际。在中国，IPCA已获得中国远程职业培训认证中心的认可。目前，IPCA已在30几个国家和地区开展了认证业务。</p>

<p style="text-indent:2em;">3.已有对外汉语教学经验并希望通过培训提高自身教学技能的人员。</p>

<p style="text-indent:2em;">认证材料提交与认证费用</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">1.须提交以下材料（材料不齐全者不予受理）：</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">（1）填写《国际注册汉语教师执业资格申请表》三份</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">（2）大学专科（含）以上学历证书复印件三份</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">（3）身份证或护照复印件三份</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">（4）一寸彩色蓝底冲洗照片两张</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;"><strong>（5）两寸证件冲洗照片6张</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">（6）至少一份外语水平证明</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">2.认证受理费，收费标准如下</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">（1）中级：1600元/证，高级1800元/证（中英文双证）</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">（2）中国远程教育职业培训认证管理办公室给予国际注册证书验印：200元/证</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">（3）中国国家人才网专业人才库入库证书：600元/证</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">三者共计：中级证书：2400元，高级证书：2600元</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">证书终身有效，在此期间不再收取任何费用。</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;"><strong>证书查询</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">证书可以在ipca协会中国网usipca.org协会英文网与newjobs中国国家人才网查询证书的相关信息。</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">下列证书可作为外语水平证明，其它外语水平的证明和成绩不作为该项认定有效材料。</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">1、国内高等院校外国语言文学专业专科（含）以上学历证书；</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">2、2005年6月以前的大学英语四级或六级合格证书；</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">3、2005年6月以后的新大学英语四级考试425分（含）以上的成绩单；</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">4、全国外语水平考试（WSK）（含日语、法语、德语、俄语）成绩合格证书；</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">5、全国英语等级考试（PETS）四级（含）以上证书；</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">6、2004年4月20日（含）以后的500分（含）以上托福考试成绩证明或雅思考试5分（含）</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;"><strong>以上成绩证明；</strong></p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">7、日本语能力测试（JLPT）二级或一级合格证；</p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;">8、德国大学语言能力测试（TestDaf）3级或4级或5级（TDN3-5）语言证书；</p>
