isteaching.Istartedteachingadvancedessaywritingtouniversity
studentsinAustraliain2010andfoundthatitwaslotsoffun.
MystudentsallsawgoodresultsandIhadablast.Idecidedto
teachinamoreformalsettingandmovedtotheNorthofAustralia
toteachstudentswithbehavioralproblemsinHighSchool.After
onlyashorttimeIfoundmyselfteachingtheA-levelEnglish
classestotheolderstudentspreparingfortheirfinalexams.
I’dtravelledaroundAsiaalittlebeforethenbutIreally
wantedtoexploreadifferentcultureandfoundmyselfdrawnto
China，IpickedasmallcitywithfewforeignerssothatIcould
reallyimmersemyselfandlearnabout‘real’China.After
organizingandsupervisingaschoolelsewhereinFujian，Imade
themovetoabiggercitywithafewmoreconveniences.IhopeI
canmeetasmanyinterestingpeoplehereasIdidinmylastschool.
