1.How do schools teach students to grow plants?
In primary school, schools usually teach through practice. Science or nature teacher always ask students to bring some seeds to class, plant it in the soil and write down daily dairy on how well the plant grow today and its difference with yesterday. When growing up plants at home, they could observe how a tender and tiny plant grow up day by day, which gives them a sense of achievement. Also,some people grow plants to know more people. 3.What is the main plant in your country?
Well, in my opinion, it may be willow. Since I was a little child, I saw a lot of willows in my hometown. And when I grew up and came to Beijing or travelled to other cities, I could always see willows beside the street. It is easy to plant willows in cities because it has low requirements forclimate, water or soil. Besides, the willow has a good meaning in Chinese culture. In ancient time,we use willow to refer to people with good character.
4.Do old people grow plants?
Well, basically every old person I know grow several plants either in their home or in the garden.When people retire, they have more spare time and growing plants is a good way to kill time and toad pleasure to life. Also, for those who didn’t offer to grow plants at first, when their neighbors share their experience in growing plants, they may be interested in it or just join them for having more themes to talk with each other.
