1. There is going to have students’ TV show. Which do you think is the most interesting one?

If my school were to produce a new TV show, it should be a comedy show about campus life. It would be really entertaining to watch and I think it would be a refreshing break from our studies. The comedy show could poke fun at different professors, zoom in on students snoring in the library, make fun of roommate drama in the dorms or even go into the crazy stereotypes associated with every major. College is such an unforgettable time in our lives and there are all kinds of things happening. It’d be amazing if we had a show to capture all the fun and exciting or stressful and annoying moments through a humorous lens. I’m sure everyone on campus would get a kick out of it.
2. Talk about at least one advantage and disadvantage about not being active on social website and social media.
In terms of not using social media apps, the disadvantage is that this may pose inconvenience to my daily life. I am a food lover and constantly I need to search delicious foods in my city. Without such apps, I may not see the introduction and sharing from my friends or some platforms. On the contrary, if using the social media apps, such as the We chat which is the most popular app in China, I can directly know the introduction of some elegant restaurants, the best seller in some restaurants, whether the price is expensive or not, the comments from other users and so on. All these can help me make a reasonable choice.
3. Your family helps you develop which one of the following three personalities? Self-confidence, kindness, patience.
I think the personality that your family can help you to develop is the self-confidence.
Firstly，families witness our growth. Like the first time we could stand up, we could speak etc, which are tiny things in the real life but truly the milestones in our growing process.
What’s more, we all know that the self-confidence is largely formed by others’ recognition and praise. Just imagine, all the things that we’ve mentioned above. If they were greeted with the applause from parents, the self-confidence of a child will definitely increase a lot. When he grows up, there is a big chance for him to turn out to be a confident man.
4. Among the following jobs , which do you is most interesting one and why?

I would definitely think that being a detective is the most exciting thing in the world. I got my favorite detective book series. The Adventure of Sherlock Holmes as a gift of my 12th birthday and I got fascinated with Mr. Holmes’s science of deduction. It’s like magic that he can deduce marvelous conclusions just out of tiny leads. So later on, I began to read more detective books and in recent years. I fell in love with the American TV series Elementary. When I imagine that I am a world renowned private detective and got invited to every crime scene in the world to assist CIA or FBI to solve tricky cases and put criminals behind bars. I just can’t resist the excitement of the fantasy.
5. Your professor is planning to require students to work on all projects in a group. What is an advantage and a disadvantage of working on group projects?
In my perspective, gaining valuable experience on teamwork and cooperation is one of the biggest advantages. Take myself for an instance. Last semester I was asked to finish a challenging biology group assignment within one week. During the process, I learned to be a team leader for the first time and I managed to arrange the tasks properly. The good grade we got showed me the great power of cooperation.
However, group assignment gives much more pressure on students compared with individual assignment. Teamwork requires coordination between members on not only their schedules but also the opinions. Still the assignment last term, it was really a hard work for us to achieve an agreement on the final conclusion. That’s the drawback of group assignment.
6. What do you think can improve your local community and make it a better place to live?
From my perspective of view, perfecting the transport system can improve the local community and make it a better place to live. There are a couple of reasons to name.
To begin with, it will make it more convenient for the residents to go to school, go to work, go out shopping and things like that. Because of an excellent transport system, we don’t have to walk very long to get on a bus or take a subway, which will help greatly reduce the inconvenience in going out.
Moreover, it can help keep old friends and it will be more likely that we can hold parties more often. Perfect transport system means traveling there can’t be easier and the old friends will be more willing to attend the parties so that the relationship will be enhanced.
