大家好，我叫丹尼尔。能来张家港EF英孚任教我感到十分开心。在美国的时候，我会利用我的空余时间给那些身患残疾的孩子们授课，让他们同样能感受到学习的乐趣。在我的教学课堂中，我会采用鼓励机制，激发学生的学习兴趣，让他们亲历自己每天的进步，从而做到真正自主学习。孩子们能和我有良好的互动，感到学习是快乐的，这是作为教师的我最想看到的。
我热爱中国。我喜欢阅读，桌游，散步，享受各种美食，我的厨艺也很赞。空闲时间，我喜欢带上我的吊床出去露营，享受闲暇时光。
I am very excited for this opportunity to teach in EF Zhangjiagang. In the States, I would mostly teach the troubled youth or children with disabilities. To keep the students motivated, I would utilize a positive feedback and reward system for desired behavior and learning. I found that negative feedback for disagreeable behavior was often not necessary if you gave the students respect and exhibited and air that demanded respect in return. I am glad to interact with the students and make their time exciting as they learn English.
I love China very much.I enjoy reading, playing board games, walking, cooking, trying crazy foods, and camping with my Hammock.
