1.登记报名:每年8月25日前考生持身份证复印件、本人一寸免冠彩照2张;专升本人员持专科毕业证原件、复印件2张;报考医学类专业另提供相应资格证书原件、复印件2张,到招生办公室或招生老师处报名。
