It needs hard work, lots of patience, understanding student’s uniqueness and their family background. This is what I’ve learned in my five years of teaching. It is also necessary to be flexible all the time. Learning is what matters most in this field for “Teaching is a continuous process of learning.”I’m not only teaching but I am also learning. 详细的工作经历In 2004, I had been a Kumon Math Instructor for a year. The following year, I taught in a private school and became Elementary Math Teacher. In the year 2009, I started teaching as an ESL to Korean students; I have also begun teaching Chinese students in 2011 till present. 老师的自我介绍I never thought of becoming a teacher but as my fate led me to teaching profession I have learned to embrace it. I have been teaching for more than five years now till it becomes my passion. This is where I am continuously learning and discovering new things which are crucial to enhance more my skills, knowledge and experiences so that I can pass it on to other people more especially to those who are also willing to take risk of learning a NEW LANGUAGE!
