由于临近年末，跳槽成为我们当前的热门话题。很多在职的白领从开始已经为来年着手做准备，或者更换岗位或者谋求高薪；另外2010年刚刚毕业的学生大部分刚过完试用期双向选择的时间，还有一些未就业的还在积极就业。一年之计在于春，当春天来了的时候我们已经开始了新的生活，这是何等的幸福！
那么如何应对众多企业不同人力资源面试取得人事芳心呢？
面试很容易让人紧张不安。Thoughtssuchas“WhatifIdon'tgetanyjoboffers?”,“WhatifIdon'tgetthejobIwant?”or“WillIacceptapositionthatisn'trightforme?”cancauseconsiderableupset.

2.Thesecondstepinpreparationforyourinterviewsistoresearchthepaniesyou'llbeinterviewingwith.（对求职公司充分了解）Youshouldknowasmuchaboutthepanyandthepositionasyoupossiblycan.Asyoudoyourresearch,lookforpointswhereyourinterests,capabilities,goals,andpersonalitymatchthepany'sneedsorwhateverneedsyouthinktheymighthave.
3.Everyinterviewer,whetherdirectlyorindirectly,willexpectyoutobeabletoanswerquestionslike:（准备好常见问题）Whydoyouwantapositioninthispany?Whatcanyoudoformypany?Thereareafewofthemorepopularinterviewquestions.Takesometimetothinkabouttheanswers,andyou'llbemuchmorepreparedtomakeagreatimpression.Atajobinterview,youremployerswillprobablyaskthefollowing:

·Whatisyourstrongesttrait（s）？（你个性上最大的特点是什么？）
·Givemeasummaryofyourcurrentjobdescription。
·Whydidyouleaveyourlastjob？（你为什么离职呢？）
·Whatcontributiondidyoumaketoyourcurrent（previous）organization？（你对目前/从前的工作单位有何贡献？）
·Whatdoyouthinkyouareworthtous？（你怎么认为你对我们有价值呢？）
·Whatmakeyouthinkyouwouldbeasuccessinthisposition？（你如何知道你能胜任这份工作？）
·Howdoyoudefinesuccess?
·Areyouabletotravel?Relocate?

·Whydidyouapplyforthisjob?
·Howdoyouusethisspecificputerapplicationtosolveajob-relatedprogram?

·Whatrangeofpay-scaleareyouinterestedin？（你喜欢那一种薪水层次标准？）
·Doyouhaveanysamplesofyourwork?（准备好你得意的工作成果，并且随身携带，在合适的时候拿出来给面试官看，可以收到意想不到的效果。）
4.Andyou'resupposedtodressproperly.Asuit,dressshirtandtieareusuallyrequiredformen.Womenshouldweareitherasuitoradresswithaplementaryjacket（外套）。TheyareALWAYSacceptable.
Thosemenwithmorelimitedwardrobesshouldwearanicesportscoatwithcoordinatedslacks（搭配得当的休闲裤）andshirt.Womenshouldwearanicejacketwithcoordinatedskirtorslacks.Youshouldalwaysavoidwearingsneakers（运动鞋）tointerviews.虽然很多公司并不要求员工都要穿正装，但是对于求职者来说，还是尽量要大方、庄重才好。
