二、网络教育统考
1、从2019年开始，系统只提供考生个人报考缴费，考生通过“考生个人信息管理系统”在网上一次性完成报考科目与缴费，网考办不接受任何汇款。
2、缴费完成后考生务必进入系统的“报考信息查看”是否为“缴费完成”，确认自己所报考时间与报考考点。
3、从2019年开始，内地学生只能使用二代身份证报考。
4、为避免网上约考占位时间过长而影响他人约考，每人约考占位时间限定在30分钟内，即从考生个人选择报考轮次开始到报考缴费成功必须在30分钟内完成。
